Haluk Sancak started his professional career at Hedef Group and worked as a senior executive at Hedef Gıda, Hedef Ecza and Hedef Alliance. In 2006, Haluk Sancak, together with his brothers, founded Saya Group, which operates in many significant sectors today. Until 2016, Mr Sancak served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saya Group and as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saya Group between 2017 and 2019, and has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Humanis since 2019. Haluk Sancak also continues to serve as a Board Member at Saya Group, İVEK (Pharmaceutical Pharmacy Health Science and Technologies Foundation) and SURDER (Health Products Association).
M. Levent Selamoğlu graduated from Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Administrative Sciences and then completed his master's degree at Istanbul University, Institute of Business Economics. Starting his career at Enka Sanayi ve İnşaat A.Ş., Mr Selamoğlu held important positions at The Coca-Cola Export Corp., Ericsson Telekomünikasyon A.Ş., GlaxoSmithKline İlaçları A.Ş., Mustafa Nevzat İlaçları A.Ş. Selamoğlu has been serving as an Independent Board Member at Saya Group, Folkart Yapı and Humanis companies since 2015.
Dr Ferran Dinçer graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1988. Dinçer, who worked as a physician for a while after his graduation, entered the pharmaceutical industry in 1995. Dinçer assumed managerial and senior management positions at Med-İlaç (Teva), GlaxoSmithKline İlaçları A.Ş., Abdi İbrahim İlaç, Boehringer Ingelheim and Mustafa Nevzat (Gensenta) Pharmaceutical Industries, respectively, and later worked as General Manager at Polpharma Turkey. Dr Ferran Dinçer has been an Independent Board Member at Humanis since 2020.
Yunus Sancak graduated from City, University of London Finance Department. Yunus Sancak, who started his professional career at Pharmactive İlaç, worked as a manager in Pharmactive Business Development Department between 2012-2019. Yunus Sancak, who worked as a manager in the International Markets Sales Department of Folkart Yapı, one of the Saya Group companies, between 2019-2022, has been working as CEO at Humanis since 2022.
Onur Yüksel graduated from Marmara University School of Social Sciences, Department of Accounting in 2001 and from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 2004. In 2008, he completed his master's degree in Accounting Auditing at Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences and continues his PhD program in Accounting and Auditing at Bahçeşehir University Institute of Social Sciences. Mr. Yüksel worked as Internal Audit Specialist at Çalık Holding in 2007, Internal Audit Supervisor in 2010, Accounting Manager, Financial Affairs Manager and Financial Affairs Director at Gap Pazarlama, a Group company, as of 2011 and 2014, respectively. In 2019, Mr. Yüksel became Deputy General Manager of Gap Pazarlama and served as General Manager of Gap Pazarlama between 2021 and 2024. In 2025, Mr. Yüksel joined the Saya Holding Family and serves as Financial Affairs Director and a member of the board of directors at Humanis, one of the holding companies.
